Located in No. 298, Feilong Road, West Gate of Changzhou and covering an area of 25,000 square meters, Changzhou Changhao Machinery Co., Ltd. owns factory buildings of 13, 500 square meters and about 200 employees, including 20% of senior engineers and technical managers that have received four-year undergraduate courses. It has 180 various types of processing units and matching heat treatment facilities. The well equipped facilities are able to meet the production needs. The company specializes in two major types of products, including various types of movable and fixed blades of power units of stream turbines, forged cold rolls, straightening rollers, blades and wheels. With a decade of history in professional processing of movable and fixed blades of power units of stream turbines, the company has gathered rich experience and formed specialized production lines. The major processing units include 2 sets of five-axis machining centers, 6 sets of four-axis machining centers, 6 sets of three-axis NC machine tools, 80 linear cutting machines and 50 general-purpose machine tools of different types, which fully meet the production capacity for blades of whole turbines. The main partners include Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Stream Turbine Co., Ltd., Luoyang Electric Generation Equipment Factory, Guangzhou Guangzhong Enterprise Group, Shanxi Nuoling Electro-Mechanical Equipment Factory and other units.
The company has strength in products such as forged cold rolls, straightening rollers, blades, bearing chocks and wheels. The main roller production equipment includes 5 sets of H248 roll grinders, M1350 grinding machines and MM1332 ultra-precision grinders in total; more than 15 sets of various kinds of lathes such as CW61200 lathes and C61125 lathes and boring and milling machines; 4 sets of power frequency hardening machines, dual-frequency hardening machines, intermediate-frequency hardening machines in total; 2 sets of pit type 1200¡æ atmosphere ovens; 8 sets of large and small box heating furnaces and tempering furnaces in total; deep cooling treatment equipments and other equipments. The products are sold throughout China and exported to many other countries.
