• Everyone please remember that we have body blast classes taught on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:45- 6:40 cost is $5.00 per class. Nev is a former all american volleyball player from UAB and a certifed strength and conditioning coach as well as a certified trainer!!!!!!!!
• 4 person reverse co-ed league starting in March on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 9:30 until. Cost will be $100.00 per team. Please remember all Team Sting tournament protocol for this weekend. Please bring all uniforms to playing site each day. No makeup, jewelery, cell phones, ipods, ipads, ect. will be allowed. Also A-Game Sports Complex does not allow food tables inside, they do have a concession stand though. Water bottles are allowed. We will have verification on food tables at other locations tomorrow.

Body Blast

Our first Body Blast class with Nev went great!! Cant wait to see more parents and friends there next week.
Classes will be every Monday and Wednesday from 5:45 til 6:40. All parents and friends are welcome. Cost is $5 and you can sign up and pay at the front desk when you get here. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Classes are held in our Strength and Conditioning room upstairs at the Mac. This is a all ages and fitness levels class. It combines cardio and strength training into one. Cant wait for everyone to come and see what it is all about! Tuesday and Thursday classes coming soon.
