Team Sting will be starting a new program for all players called "GYM RATS". This is a prorgram to reward any players that want to spend extra time in the gym. Any player can come in on MONDAYS THRU THRUSDAYS FROM 3PM TO 4PM OR SATURDAYS FROM 11-1PM. These players will have their own sign-in sheets at the front desk so that we can keep up with their time. They can work on Serving, Serving to the Wall, Passing Stix, Passing to the Wall, Setting, Setting to the Wall, Hitting to the Wall. Someone will be in checking on them, but they are in charge of working on extra skills sets.
THIS IS A REWARD PROGRAM FOR EXTRA TIME SPENT IN THE GYM.

• When you have spent 5 hours extra in the gym- The player receives a "Gym Rats Water Bottle"
• When you have spent 15 hours extra in the gym - The player receives a "Gym Rats T-Shirt"
• When you have spent 25 hours extra in the gym - The player receives a "Gym Rats Hoodie" and their name on the Gym Rats Wall of Fame in the Lobby!!!!!!
