• All bags must be kept against the walls or will be picked up and taken to the registration office.

• Team Sting Rule - Parents do not talk to coaches during a tournament about position, rotations or playing time.

Parents and Players please note that this will be a very intense, and skilled tournament. I wanted the players to see some of the best competition in the southeast, play their hardest, work to the best of their ability. Please know that many of these teams will be very skilled. We expect each and every player to be the best teammates that they can be, respect the game, their coaches, our club and the competition. We expect each and every player to abide by all of our tournament protocol. No Make UP, No fingernail polish, No cell phones, No iPods, No iPads, No jewlery

Gold uniforms will be passed out at Governors hotel on Friday night and at Convention Center on Saturday morning. Coaches will be in touch with their teams regarding time. Gold uniforms are a special order and takes 12 weeks to get them back, we do not want to give them out until all teams are done. All other clothing items are in and will be distributed at next practices.
